Mamdani has no authority here. The US has never been party to the ICC. In his shoes, I’d hassle the ever loving hell out of Netanyahu the second he steps off the plane. Of course there’s no reason for Netanyahu to visit a hostile US city, let alone land in it.
I could see someone unrelated to Mamdani try something and he get’s the blame and the ire of a hostile justice system.
That’s not a half bad idea
