New Haven, CT

There are protests nationwide against Avelo Airlines. The rallies, in 15 airports across 13 states, are being held in Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, to protest Avelo’s $150 million contract with ICE, under which it flies deportation flights without due process. Here is a photo from New Haven, CT’s Tweed Airport, where about 100 activists gathered today to protest the airline.
