    Sounds like the Cartels in South America just need to proclaim themselves as Trump supporters, and all of a sudden they’ll get preferential treatment by the Trump administration. No more boat bombings…they’ll be eligible for a full Naval escort straight to the Florida Keys, no questions asked.
