Perhaps the US should just shell out a couple trillion dollars to make a city for anarchocapitalists. Run the city like normal until it’s fully populated and then announce that all laws except for those protecting capital and commerce directly will be repealed in 12 months’ time. Give those people a chance to get that nonsense out of their system, a socioeconomic “shaking out the sillies.” Then when someone proposes similarly stupid ideas in the future, we can all just point to the still-smoking, radioactive pile of rubble and sewage as an example of why not.
