No official newsletter today but I did want to let you know that I’ll be doing a Substack Live with Maryland Governor Wes Moore (did you know he has a Substack?) in just over an hour, at 12:20 PT / 3:20 ET. We’ll be talking about the Governor’s response to the federal shutdown, the impending impact of H.R. 1 (the OBBBA) on Marylanders, and Maryland’s current redistricting fight.
