Garner woman out thousands after buying stolen vehicle from CarMax

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office in Florida is investigating a multi-state theft ring involving up to 200 stolen vehicles. It includes a 2019 Infiniti Q50 Luxe with a fraudulent VIN purchased by a woman in Garner through CarMax.
