    Battleships are completely useless in modern warfare. Slow, easy targets, difficult to maintain.

    A certain other dictator ballocksed his whole country by demanding impractical military projects. Giant bombers when he needed fighters. Huge tanks that barely moved. Now I wonder who that was?
