A never before described syndrome with exactly one symptom (muscle weakness), no supporting data whatsoever, baseless alarmist speculation about the possibility of it being deadly, sounds like more of the same old drug war bullshit. Muscle weakness is an extremely well known effect of every variety of psilocybin mushroom, I’ve experienced it more times than I can count and even at inadvisably high doses it’s at worst an inconvenience.
