    That’s all just hypothetical, assuming Dems aren’t complicit in the system working exactly as intended. Don’t you find it strange that there’s always a cohort of Dems that vote against the party line?

    Let’s just say that all of that miraculously happens. Trump has shown that he can defy court orders with zero repercussions (as he has done dozens of time this year). What then?

      Of course it’s hypothetical. But the only way a third impeachment matters is if they can convict, otherwise it’s just a show.

      If democrats don’t get the house and senate their biggest play seems to be to shut things down. Outside of that there doesn’t seem to be a lot that they can (or are willing to) do to rein Trump in.
