    Maybe I missed it in the article but I think not having enough ways out of the building compounded the problem after the fire started. Scapegoating the new hire is despicable imo.

      Yeah, I mean sure a sparkler can start a fire, but who the fuck coats a commercial public space in flammable material? I’m thinking the new hire was just the poor sucker that found out about all the other problems going on.
