I understand Odoo, the maker of an ERP software system, is headquartered in Belgium. I know very little about ERP systems - and I did not read the article - but could this not have been a contender?

Or more broadly speaking, does anyone know if Odoo is gaining marketshare with enterprise/large corporations/governments?

I appreciate the fact that Odoo customizations are done in Python, as opposed to ABAP code (or whatever SAP uses). The Python looks cleaner to me. Plus I think Odoo is open source and allows for self-hosted/PaaS installation. Thanks for any responses to this.
