Protestors at the Minneapolis airport in -20 degree weather RIGHT NOW
Hi, all, and happy Friday!
I’m posting an extremely truncated newsletter today because there is a LOT happening on the ground in Minnesota and I’m trying to amplify as much of it as I can. Right now, for example, there’s a massive picket line at the Minneapolis airport and hundreds of clergy there are being arrested. There’s also, as I think you know, a general strike happening across the state.
Other activities will be happening there throughout the day— if you can access my Instagram, YouTube or Facebook page you can see my posts about them. They’re getting a lot of coverage in general, and one way you can help is simply to help amplify posts you see about it.
Suffice it to say it’s going to be a big and very successful day, and I’m incredibly proud of everyone participating.
I’m also leaving in a moment to go participate in a support event here in LA. If you want to see if something similar is happening in your area try this website for more info.
A lot is happening, folks, but at the center of it—at least on our side—is determination, love, and community. Those are powerful forces, and they’re growing.
Keep close to your friends and family, stay close with us, your resistance community, and we will get through this.
