Ward 2 Coun. Jennifer Wyness is concerned the pipe to replace the Bearspaw feeder main isn't twinned all the way to the water treatment plant.

Last month, city officials announced it is fast-tracking the project, which would add a steel pipe of the same size and parallel to the existing pipe.
