I do not honestly understand why disunified Democrats under Schumer are ruining this tactic by not following through. The disunification means this will just cause the harms that a government shutdown caused without accomplishing anything. Schumer needs to go or we will never have leadership. He’s been handing wins to Trump for literally more than a decade.
