The agency wants to warehouse immigration detainees. Local residents and officials are raising concerns.

A 400,000 square-foot warehouse in Surprise, Arizona, purchased by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Residents asked the city council earlier this month to stop the warehouse from becoming an ICE detention center.
