My favorite DVD is the 30th Anniversary Special Edition of ‘Buckaroo Banzai : Across the 8th Dimension.’

Besides the usual stuff, it’s got an onscreen commentary that explains things like what was in the briefcase Buckaroo carried into the JetCar.*

*Einstein’s brain and a tuna fish sandwich.
