    Oh he paid. And he raised prices. This seems like it was the plan all along. Getting more money for the owner class.

    Now if he ever does get a refund an excellent idea for a promotion, and a generally good thing to do, would be to lower prices by a certain amount until the refund runs out. These guys would never do that but still.
