    A typical grave would be around 5x8x5ft or 200ft3.

    A 6ft wide grave would be 240ft3 in increase of 20%.

    A 20% increase in cost seems entirely reasonable to me. A bigger chair costs more, a bigger bed costs more, a bigger house costs more, why should a bigger grave be any different?
