I lived in Chicago for two decades but moved after I got carjacked at gunpoint so I’m not gonna pretend like it’s some paradise…but Chicago doesn’t need the national guard, it just needs a better mayor. It needs better services and opportunities in the south and especially west side. Chicago is not the shithole the news would have you believe.
