It’s not super clear that she even did it:

Because the same allegation was levied upon MTG (not the card game) in the last year or so. I think some politicians in TX, too. It’s cheating on property tax discounts, and can amount to thousands of dollars over the course of years. Hardly rare, and not always intentional. However, any of these people (and their accountants) ought to know better, so if proven they cannot claim ignorance and should be held to account to repay for taxes owed.
He doesn’t have the authority to do that, but then again, rule of law does not exist in the US.
