The Freedom Flotilla Coalition applauds the Global Sumud Flotilla in its new mission to break Israel’s illegal siege of Gaza.

Tens of thousands of people gathered today in Moll de la Fusta, Barcelona, in solidarity with the Palestinian people of Gaza, bidding a farewell to hundreds of activists from over 45 countries who set sail towards Gaza in the biggest Flotilla launch mission.

The Freedom Flotilla Coalition salutes the Global Sumud Flotilla, a coalition composed of the Global Movement to Gaza, Sumud Convoy, Sumud Nusantara, members of the Freedom Flotilla Coalition, and other organizers. Our hearts will follow every flotilla and everyone who is fighting for a Free Palestine.

May Palestinian steadfastness inspire this mission, may the flotillas sail safely, reaching the Palestinian shore of Gaza and ending the 18 years of the criminal blockade. May this and other initiatives start a people-led revolution which will lead to the inescapable end of Zionism and its genocidal occupation.
