Shanmugathas was previously a guest on this program regarding his co-directed six-part documentary series titled “Truth to the Powerless: An Investigation into Canada’s Foreign Policy,” which interviewed Canadian politicians, academics, and activists to examine Canada’s colonial history, its role in international conflicts, and the impact of its foreign policy on global communities.
