This is one I am actually ok with. For many companies, the we can’t find anyone that can do this work is just an excuse for we can’t find anyone who will work for a low wage. It gives the company more leverage, your ability to stay in this country is tied to your employment.

There should be a higher burden of proof to show you can’t find the talent.
