Tetiana Sakiian, a 24-year-old woman in labour, who was injured in the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of 6-7 September, has died in hospital. Doctors fought to save her life for more than two weeks.

Details: Tetiana lived in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv, where an apartment building was hit during the attack.
She was taken to hospital in a critical condition, and doctors carried out a caesarean section. The baby was born prematurely.
According to Ukrainska Pravda sources in law enforcement, Tetiana was taken to hospital with multiple diagnoses: blast trauma, first- and second-degree burns covering 90% of her body, burns to the respiratory tract, smoke inhalation and severe burn shock.
Doctors fought to save Tetiana’s life for more than two weeks, but despite their efforts, she died from her injuries.

On the night of 6-7 September, Russia carried out a large-scale combined attack on Ukraine, using more than 800 aerial assets, including cruise and ballistic missiles.In Kyiv, Russian drones struck residential buildings in the Sviatoshynskyi and Darnytskyi districts.
