    If you are interested in longevity and maintaining your health, fitness, and ability to do the things you like to do, there is a ton of science-based content out there. Dr. Peter Attia’s Drive podcast is pretty good, as is his book, Outlive, which is a free audiobook on Spotify premium. I also like the Dr. Rhonda Patrick’s Found my Fitness podcast, the Optispan podcast, and the Physionic youtube channel. I’ve used all of the above to greatly improve my health and fitness. I look good, and most people assume that I’m much younger than I actually am.
