    shuts down

But did the ruling actually effect a change in troop deployment? Has anyone in the administration complied with any of these rulings? I’ve seen tons of articles about judges issuing rulings against the Trump administration, but I have seen zero follow-up articles about how the administration is complying with any of these rulings.

If the deployment has been ruled illegal, will our military leaders pull their troops back?

Is it open season on illegal armed soldiers on my block?

      I got questions.

Trump has been actively trying to find ways to replace career military leaders with loyalists. If they start defying his orders to try to comply with the courts, I’m pretty sure he could fire them and the Supreme Court would sign off on the action.

POTUS does not need court backing to fire military officers. That’s well within his powers. But in no case can he wipe the slate clean all the way down. Hell, think the military wouldn’t shatter if he fired the 800 generals that were in that meeting last week? He can only move so fast and keep a functioning military.

I wonder how long it’s gonna take before judges start falling out of windows.
