She is being denied the constitutional right to participate in the government funding issues that have shut down the government. It’s more than the Epstein files. Every excuse not to swear her in disenfranchises 800k Arizonans from having representation in government budgeting/funding.

Looking at this complaint, they request declaratory judgement only. So I don’t think they can ask for preliminary injunction or TRO.

Government defendants have 60 days from date of service to respond with an answer. Service occurs when summonses are served, but as of today, the court hasn’t issued summonses yet.

So don’t expect any kind of fast action on this lawsuit.
