Details: The deputy prime minister noted that he had briefed Commissioner Marta Kos on “the draft law endorsed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which is aimed at ensuring the independence of NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) and SAPO (Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office)”.

Earlier, Zelenskyy announced that he had approved the text of a draft law guaranteeing the independence of anti-corruption bodies – it was submitted to parliament on Thursday.The G7 ambassadors welcomed Zelenskyy’s pledge to restore the independence of anti-corruption institutions and offered their assistance in this regard.
