    I hope this makes them open their eyes. I’m sure Obama will still be blamed some how.

      This problem is so much bigger than any one president. Why are so many people struggling to begin with? There’s more than enough work that needs to be done, there’s no reason for so many people to be unemployed. Many people on food stamps are employed, there’s no reason that working people should be paid so little as to need government assistance. And yet, these problems are both treated as facts of life by the powers that be and have been since before the government assistance itself existed.

        The words you’re looking for are greed and capitalism. It’s been clear as day for a long time but the average American just doesn’t care because they aren’t directly affected until they are. Then once they are, they don’t have the education to understand why.
