Every article I read about his tax policy is a combination of “It won’t have any impact on revenue, so why bother?”…or…“If he does this, everyone affected will simply leave the city”.

Pick a lane, folks. Either it will have such a massive impact that everyone will leave, or it won’t affect them at all. It can’t be both.

Honestly - kind of afraid for his safety. They might not want to risk his policies succeeding.

Every politician, conservative, Democratic leader and rich person is terrified of a Mamdani win. What if he puts his money where his mouth is, affects real change in America’s largest city? And this from a young, brown, democratic socialist, Muslim?!

I want to cry and scream and cheer when I watch him talk to people. He’s got that Bill Clinton charisma where whoever he’s talking to is the most important person in the room. He’s listening and speaking to our fears and issues. And he has simple, actionable answers. That video yesterday where Schumer is giving a video speech and the entire audience mobs Mamdani on his way out the door. 🤌🏻 Nothing I can write here beats that!

Tomorrow’s election is not going to be close. Mamdani by a landslide. I’ve seen “landslide” called out over single-digit wins. Mamdani wins vs. Cuomo in a 1-on-1, but this ain’t that. Bet he scores a double-digit win.

This man is the biggest threat I’ve seen to the political order in my 54-years. Maybe King was bigger, before my time. (Not comparing them except as threats.)

I’m not rich enough, then. I think Mamdani would be a great mayor. I’m looking forward to his election.
