The legacy media is apparently more interested in the climate musings of an erstwhile PC mogul than a sober assessment by the world’s leading climate scientists.

We can dismiss them as “legacy”, that doesn’t make them go away. This seems like a huge problem to me, and central to the climate crisis. The masses who vote for and support the fearmongering authoritarians are not going to read the sober COP report. It’s past time, assuming they haven’t already, for the sober and serious and oh-so-smart scientists to stop studying the climate, and start studying how better to influence the people making the decisions–because their reports aren’t doing shit.
