We are told that Robinson was infuriated that Charlie Kirk was speaking at the university and was so enraged he decided to shoot him. So enraged he took the time to carefully engrave bullets? So enraged that he managed to carefully plan an assassination?

This is entirely something an angry person would do. It wouldn’t work for him to claim he “snapped” and did this - but that isn’t what’s claimed. Just that he is mad. You can be mad and plan something out.

Also, the clothes things is because he turned himself in (and didn’t consult a lawyer first, I’m guessing).
