Trump has a problem with murdering people he doesn’t like. A boat, not exchanging fire with “authorities” is not a clear and present danger. Blowing up a retreating vessel is the cowardice option. Not aprehending, and trying and jailing, is not the American way. Doing what dictators do, and what terrorists do; just makes you a terrorist and/or a dictator, never will it make you the “good guy”.
