The USA has been assassinating people for decades though, right? Certainly Obama was responsible for many drone strikes in the middle east. Trump basically kept that up except he didn’t bother to review each killing, which I guess Obama thought was important for some reason but Trump really didn’t care.

I don’t really see this as very different. Extrajudicial killings are old hat.

Amazing that a prosecutor would somehow think that it is okay to keep coming up with new concocted charges. It’s not double jeopardy exactly but it sure feels similar…
