    If someone is trying to carjack you and you shoot them, that’s legal. If they don’t die and you shoot them again in the head, that’s murder.

    Whether or not the boat was running drugs is not relevant to this being a war crime.

      What confuses me is that our police force already has a solution for this. If the military was smart about it, they would take a page from their book and always send a solid dozen missles in quick succession every time.
