It makes me so sad that I think you are overestimating how much the average American cares if the election is stolen. Put another way: Tons of people, millions and millions, think that Biden stole the election, and no one started a civil war about it. The actual action was limited to the fringes of the fringes, and it didn’t work.

Also consider this: BLM was one of the biggest protest movements in history, with about 20 million people participating in some way. But, it was only 20 million. Compared to the kinds of uprisings they had in Eastern Europe that actually overthrew the corrupt dictatorships, it was small.

Also, by coincidence, 20 million is almost exactly how many people went to the Gulag (out of a much smaller population.) You might say, “Well there’s no way they could steal the election and then send anyone who complained to one of these detention centers they’re desperately building right now at tremendous scale. There would be an outcry. People would care enough to stop it.” Well, maybe. On the other hand, they’re Gulag-ing thousands of immigrants currently and have now moved on to a few dozen citizens, and who is stopping them?

It’s not a matter of the election being stolen, it’s a matter of if there is any accountability for the abuses of the country. Everyone is about to be poorer, and the people responsible will be putting troops in the streets. They’re taking food away from hungry people, taking medicine away from the sick, and making everyone poorer. That never ends with calm debate. The only question is when the violence starts.

Yeah, but they’ve been doing that for decades. People have been struggling for a long time now, sometimes they don’t make it and they’re out on the street, or they just curl up and die.

Maybe you’re right. I hope so.

They’re been denying food to millions. Now they’re taking it away from people that had it, while making the everyone poor, and everyone is going to know there is one fat orange reason for it.

Yeah. There’s also a more sinister principle at work: The Reagan / Clinton / Obama unified program of being willing to fuck over the poor because who cares about them, is now extending to the rich people too. People in charge of media, people who go to these retreats and talk to politicians and billionaires, are going to start to suffer because of Trump. It’s not just the little guy anymore. And so, magically, it might potentially start to become a problem that officially is worth worrying about now.

Same effect as the missing blonde girl. People go missing all the time, but when it’s someone “important” all of a sudden it’s an issue.
